Due to the unique nature of our collections, KUT THE LABEL DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS.

Under no circumstances will refunds be provided on purchases, with the exception of damaged items - of which a replacement will be sent. In the event that a replacement size is not available, a refund will be issued. 

Please note that pictures are taken for all items PRIOR to shipping and submitted to you via email as a quality check. We happily offer store credit or exchange, within 30 DAYS of receipt of your purchased item.
